Nine Pillars, one governing QMS

Every pillar reports into the same Quality Management System at the centre — so a change in one area is felt, and controlled, everywhere else.

Our Nine Cardinal Pillars

Structured, owned, and audited end-to-end

PILLAR 01

Skills Development Consulting

Advisory support to corporates, government departments and other training providers on building and strengthening their own skills development function — from Workplace Skills Plan design through to internal learnership management capability.

PILLAR 02

Learning Programme Development

Every learning programme, material set and qualification is designed, developed and evaluated using the ADDIE instructional design model, aligned to the applicable QCTO curriculum, industry input and the NQF.

PILLAR 03

Assessment & Moderation

CAT, RPL, assessment and internal/external moderation ensure learner outcomes are valid, fair and reliable — from entry and guidance through to certification, Work Integrated Learning and EISA preparation.

PILLAR 04

Quality Management Systems

Implementation, review and continual improvement of our QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 and QCTO requirements, applying the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle — also offered as a client-facing consulting service.

PILLAR 05

Accreditation & Compliance

Underpins every other pillar. We vet, onboard and retain our network of QCTO- and SETA-accredited delivery partners, and manage compliance as an ongoing discipline — document management, health & safety, risk, POPIA and more.

PILLAR 06

Strategic & Performance Management

Strategic objectives are monitored at monthly management meetings and reported to Top Management quarterly, tracked through KPI sets defined under each of the nine pillars.

PILLAR 07

Business Development

Every new opportunity is logged, screened for feasibility and taken through a structured seven-stage pipeline, supporting a diversified revenue base across grants, contracts and tenders.

PILLAR 08

Project Management

End-to-end management of client projects — initiating, scoping, executing to specification, and monitoring through to close-out — across learnership rollouts, accreditation set-up and corporate training.

PILLAR 09

Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations

Building and maintaining productive relationships with SETAs, corporate and government clients, other accredited SDPs, and funders — reviewed for fit, performance and risk every quarter.

How We Work

From first enquiry to certification

A consistent, auditable path for every engagement — whether it's a single public workshop or a full SETA-funded learnership.

Enquiry & Feasibility Screening

Every opportunity is logged and screened for feasibility before it's pursued.

Proposal & Scoping

We scope delegates, venue, timeline and budget, and issue a tailored proposal.

Programme Design (ADDIE)

Learning material is designed, developed and evaluated against the applicable QCTO curriculum.

Accreditation & Compliance Check

Every accredited programme runs under a delivery partner's current QCTO scope, tracked ahead of its next expiry.

Delivery

Facilitated at Chadar's contracted conference facility, on your premises, or in-house — governed by a defined project structure with milestone-gated quality control.
