Built on relationships we review, not just sign.
Chadar is not itself a SETA-accredited training provider — we focus on business development and project managing skills interventions, leveraging a wide network of QCTO- and SETA-accredited training partners to deliver over 80 accredited qualifications. Pillar 9 of our QMS is Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations — building and maintaining these relationships with SETAs, our accredited delivery partners, corporate and government clients, and funders, reviewed for fit, performance and risk every quarter.
Four categories of relationship, one governing process
Accredited Delivery Partners
Our core network — QCTO- and SETA-accredited Skills Development Providers holding over 80 qualifications between them, quoted and scoped per engagement so Chadar can focus on business development and project managing delivery.
SETAs & Regulators
Our delivery partners hold accreditation across multiple SETAs, including MICT SETA; we track each partner's scope and stay aligned to QCTO, POPIA and B-BBEE requirements.
Corporate & Government Clients
Companies, national and provincial government, and municipalities — engaged as key accounts above a materiality threshold, with a named relationship owner and an annual account plan.
Funders
SETA discretionary grant windows and other funding routes, tracked against each client's WSP/ATR submission calendar so proposals land ahead of their own planning deadlines.
Nine accredited delivery partners, one governing process
Chadar is not itself a SETA-accredited training provider — we focus on business development and project managing skills interventions, leveraging a network of independent, QCTO- and SETA-accredited training providers to deliver our accredited qualifications. The providers within that network:
Partner network as at September 2026, reviewed quarterly for continued fit, performance and risk under Pillar 9 — Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations. A full list of partner accreditations is available on request.
Our partner network, aligned to each SETA's Sector Skills Plan
Our accredited delivery partners hold accreditation across the SETAs relevant to our course offering, drawing on each one's published Sector Skills Plan to keep programmes aligned to sector-level skills priorities.
| SETA | Relevance to Chadar's Offering |
|---|---|
| MICT SETA | ICT courses and Chadar's ICT infrastructure & solutions enabling capability — accredited through our lead delivery partner in this space. |
| Services SETA | Business administration, secretarial and general services courses. |
| CETA | Building and civil construction courses. |
| BANKSETA & FASSET | Finance and accounting courses. |
| W&RSETA | Supply chain, customer care and retail-facing general courses. |
| EWSETA & other sector SETAs | Considered as our partner network extends its accreditation scope, per our feasibility procedure. |
Over 80 accredited qualifications are available across our partner network — ask us for the full list. See our partner accreditation standards and QMS governance on the Accreditation & Quality page.
