Quality-assured. Audit-ready. Every time.

Every activity Chadar undertakes is carried out in a systematic manner, in accordance with defined and documented policies and procedures — visible, auditable, and built to meet the needs of learners, staff and stakeholders.

Our Quality Policy Commitment

The Chadar Degree of Excellence

Chadar has established and implements a formally documented Quality Management System — the Chadar Consulting QMS Policy and Procedures Manual, comprising 28 policies — aligned to both QCTO requirements and ISO 9001:2015.

Quality is the responsibility of every Chadar staff member and facilitator, not only the Quality Assurance Manager. A Quality Committee meets on a regular scheduled basis to review the continued suitability and effectiveness of the QMS, and Top Management — the Managing Director — retains ultimate accountability for its effective implementation.

"All activities of the organisation are carried out in a systematic manner in accordance with defined and documented policies and procedures, meet applicable legislative requirements, are visible and auditable, and ensure that the needs of learners, staff and stakeholders are met."

How Our QMS Runs

The Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle, applied across 28 policies

Plan

Policies and procedures are documented before any activity begins.

Do

Programmes are delivered exactly as documented, by every facilitator and assessor.

Check

Scheduled internal audits and Quality Committee reviews test effectiveness against evidence.

Act

Findings feed continual improvement — updated policies, procedures and training.

Partner Accreditation Standards

Every delivery partner vetted, tracked ahead of their next SETA review

Chadar is not itself a SETA-accredited training provider. We focus on business development and project managing skills interventions, leveraging a wide network of QCTO- and SETA-accredited training partners — over 80 accredited qualifications between them — each screened against the same standards before we bring them into a client engagement.

See SETA Engagement

Phase 1 — Partner Screening

Prospective delivery partners are evaluated on their SETA/QCTO accreditation scope, track record and QMS documentation.

Phase 2 — Accreditation & Scope Verification

Each partner's accreditation certificate, occupational qualification scope and expiry date are verified directly with the relevant SETA/QCTO before onboarding.

Onboarding to Chadar's QMS

Approved partners are onboarded under our QMS Policy and Procedures Manual, so delivery standards stay consistent across the network.

Ongoing Compliance Monitoring

Partner accreditation status, scope and performance are reviewed quarterly — tracked ahead of every re-accreditation or extension-of-scope deadline.

SETA Engagement

Our partner network, aligned to each SETA's Sector Skills Plan

Our accredited delivery partners hold accreditation across the SETAs relevant to our course offering — MICT SETA, Services SETA, CETA, BANKSETA, FASSET, W&RSETA and others — keeping programmes aligned to each one's published Sector Skills Plan.

Regulatory Alignment

Built on South Africa's skills development framework

  • SAQA / NQF / QCTO framework — the accredited programmes delivered through our partner network fall under the Occupational Qualifications Sub-Framework (OQSF), which QCTO manages on SAQA's behalf.

  • National Skills Development Plan 2030 — our course offering and delivery model are kept aligned to NSDP 2030 outcomes and DHET's National List of Occupations in High Demand.

  • B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice — as a 100% Black-owned company, we support clients' Skills Development scorecard element (up to 25 points, 40% sub-minimum) directly.

  • POPIA (Act 4 of 2013) — Mr Elvis Doubt Mabanzi serves as Chadar's Information Officer, with lawful-processing conditions and a breach-response procedure documented in Policy 21.

  • Skills Development Act & Levies Act — the legal basis for our SETA, learnership and National Skills Fund engagement.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Act — a documented Health and Safety Management commitment (Policy 12) covering our office and training venues.
